I loved my research trip to Cornwall when I was writing ‘Eden’s Garden’. The beautiful island of Anglesey is much closer, only a few minutes’ drive from my cottage in the mountains. It’s green and lush, there are palm trees in the gardens, and the coastline is beautiful, with the best view of the mountains of Snowdonia. And in many places it reminds me of being in Cornwall.
